Website is still down and not able to watch live tv. It’s been nearly 4 week since the server is down. I hope you guys can refund our monthly cost for not having the service. Cannot use temporary password because there is no access to the website. I believe they have shut down the website. I guess it's time for a new provider.

My bill is due, can not find a way to use the user name and password to get into site.....HELP, please.

If you can’t pay your bill and can’t get on try wiping your username and password then type in the username box (bebacksoon) no spaces then in the password box put (beupsoon) then login you can get on that way for the time being until it’s working again but not many channels are working and it’s very slow
