I cannot access my account to cancel my future orders and my subscription to your meals. I think I may have cancelled it, but don't know for sure - no confirming email to me. Please send me a confirmation of my cancellation on 8-28-2020 11:15 pm. You have been shipping orders to my daughter Karla Henthorn. I sent her one gift order on 8-12-2020 and ever since, you have sent another order to her and an order to me that I did not order.
Enough is enough - so I cancelled my Hello Fresh Account.

Unable to access my account details to change either my box type or even to cancel my subscription. Blank page displays. Unable to access this information either via desktop or android app. Looks like it will have to be phone or chat to resolve.

Very poor service from Hellofresh. Cannot view account using web or app and cannot cancel orders.

As previous posts mention, I'm experiencing same issues. Logging in and webpage loading to a blank screen--account area. There appears to be no solution therefore I will have to call

Will have to cancel still no my menu, rang more than once, last one told me to alter things on computer which has deleted information from other sites and Hello fresh still not working properly.

Cannot access account area,keeps coming up blank,when i log in. Unable to skip or select meals. Been unable to do this for at least a week. Very frustrating,if it continues i will cancel account.
