Instacart not working. First went to a screen that had HMART instacart, finally got to my Publix and logged in. Then when I went back to log in again, now receive blank screen that says only "very sorry". Instacart customer services doesn't even know they are down. "Very sorry" will not be able to do Instacart anymore.

I can open instacart with Microsoft Edge on my Windows Microsoft Pro but the red button for DO NOT REPLACE, REFUND does not work for me, nor does choosing a replacement and pushing the button for DO NOT REPLACE. This wreaked havoc with my first order, on which nearly every single item was replaced with something I did not want. How do I fix this?
