I still have not been able to retrieve my W-2 for 2019. We are way past the January 31 deadline. Is this in violation of the IRS statutes of making our W-2's available??? Why are there no updates or explanations being given to companies. Are there other means of getting us our W-2's? (ie. mailing them via the US Postal Service, Mailing them to the perspective companies so they can issue them.......?) This sounds like a big legal issue.
