I contacted foscam: here is the answer "Hello, For security reasons, Foscam has decided to stop its DDNS service. The cameras will no longer support the use of the dynamic domain name Foscam (xxxx.myfoscam.org) for remote access from January 08, 2021. Customers who do not use Foscam's DDNS are not impacted. DDNS remote access technology has a lower level of security than remote access technology. P2P distance. Consequently, DDNS remote access technology no longer meets Foscam's security requirements for future developments. Foscam has retained the DDNS service until now to allow users of older generation cameras (no P2P) to continue to remotely access their cameras. Now all of our current products have more secure P2P technology and setup is easier. If you are a user of DDNS service, before this expiration date, we invite you to follow See the following instructions to change the settings of your cameras. If you wish to continue to use a DDNS address to access your camera remotely, you have the option of subscribing to a third-party domain name such as No-ip for example which provides you with up to 3 DNS addresses for free. "
"Bonjour,
Do not use Foscam again!!
