got to spend a couple dollars at the store and as soon as i got home i cant even use my card because all of the services are down. so im guessing that includes being able to spend your own money.keeps saying my payment was not authorized even though i have well over enough money in the bank. has happened before but not for this long.

This is ridiculous! Forced to use this dumb @ss card for work and can't even active it. But I'm sure y'all are quick to charge fees, but can't even have a website that works or get through on the phone.

I've been calling for over a week. Wait times are 99 minutes and more... if the phone number and site are down then how are we supposed to get our money off if the cards aren't activated??? This is stupid.

Worse day of my life. Got paid today, but I cant access my godd@m paycheck, because the sh!tty site is down, and I'm on hold forever. I swear with every fiber of my being that if I do not get my money, im gonna sue the t!ts off of the entire company.

Been trying to get to someone for about 11 days now . No answer . Just need to activate my card and get my money especially during this pandemic!!! As soon as I get to my money I’m switching to direct deposit bc I’ll never use you guys again. There’s not even a way to get help through email , it’s sad.

Listen I’ve been just waiting for like three hours waiting on someone to answer the phone. I can’t even activate my card online and I need the money. Life should be so simple and these businesses make it so hard
