I can connect on my phone but it is acting crazy, but I can not get connected on my PC. Says there is a connection error. I am not having an issue with any other site whatsoever except Sniffles. I have checked and rechecked my internet connection there is nothing wrong with it and it shows I have full signal.

It keeps saying my internet is down or the site is updating. What the heck is going on ? They also charged me for this next month, and I can't even log on.

I can not send or receive photos. I get failed to send messge or when receiving I get a squiggley line only. I right clicked on Inspect and saw a no animation line. Please contact me by email on this issue. Thx
