Unable to submit e-file. Checked firewall settings, checked for software update, restarted computer, connection is just fine - nothing works.

I'm having trouble getting Taxact professional to load. I've cleared cashe and it did nothing.

After I enter my user name and password, I hit next and it just sits there and I can't get in the program at all. It has gotten progressively worse since I downloaded the program in January.

Can't get past the personal data. It never gets past the saving part. I guess Turbo Tax may be in my future

I have been messing with this for two days. I have utilized tax act for years. But may have to look to other service.

Really difficult this year. I am down to 3 steps and your done. When clicking on e-file at first wanted me to go to alternate site to pay and when choosing credit card wouldn’t go through process. I have been trying for hours. Now I back to where you click E-File and it does nothing.

Can Log In but when I try to open a return it says there is and error try again. When I tried the 2nd , 3rd , and 4th time does the same. But after the 2nd attempt made sure to watch my screen. I can actually see it start to open before it gives me an error message and tells me to try again.
