Its not just the site thats not functioning for me, I've been trying to add Passport details to check-in for my Holiday to Corfu which leave tommorow. The Website isn't working, The Flight Extras site isn't working, The app isn't working, The Helpdesk were about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard and suggested i drive to Gatwick to sort it in person at least 6 hours before my flight. Made an appointment to do it in person at our local TUI store and THEY had the same issue and couldn't add in the information. I'm relying on their advice that i can do it as part of bag drop tomorrow but this is beyond a Joke right now! Not just a blip either, its been three solid days of continuous trying.

Site been down since August , as i booked a holiday in Altinkum Turkey 2026 June 2nd to 12th , i like to look at site also other holidays for future referances. I have reported it to the T U I shop Woking, they say they have the same problem now and again. John King.
