I had gotten my stimulus check on the 15th, had no problems with it was waiting on my paycheck that I worked for Thursday morning it never showed up! I am very p!ssed off that I do not have my money!

I opened a GoBank card last year. Used it to get my 2018 return. I never received the card and was stuck with the temporary one...which I threw out bc after three failed attempts to get the card it did not come. Filed my 2019 taxes, and despite me putting whole new bank account and number, the irs still deposited into the old account! Now I have no way to access the funds, and can’t get in contact with a customer service rep. Very unprofessional that they have no customer service reps, every other bank does, that is what is “essential” not a “marijuana dispensary...I tried opening a new card and it did not go through, just have multiple accounts and can’t access the original with my money bc I don’t have that temporary card number. I guess it will be suspectible to the $8.95 per month until it’s gone. What burns me up is how they claim they can’t send card to my address but they really can. Just lied and fraud and try to steal your money.

YES, YOU CAN MOVE MONEY FROM VAULT TO AVAILABLE BY CLICKING ON THE PLUS SIGN AFTER YOU PUT THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO MOVE.
