hi , ive been with gobank for a while now . i haven’t really had problems with my account til this morning. 156.00 has been pending in my account for over 2 weeks it got canceled the same day i made my transaction . so this morning the 156.00 finally popped up in my account til i went to “stash” it all the money disappeared??? yes i tried calling multiple times , i can’t talk to a live representative i’m not sure what to do

So it says the IRS sent out my stimulcheck April 15th and deposited it into my account as of yet I still haven't received my stimulus check there's no way to contact gobank because they're out of the office until further notice with the coronavirus situation what about us customers who have accounts I called Green. I called Bonneville Bank I did everything I could possibly do to contact these people about my $1,200 and I keep running into people being out of the office that are managing people's accounts with no type of voice or live chat available all they say is go on our website

transfer from my vault not showing up...i should have 40 bucks available but somehow im -250 and cant reach customer service people. This company is getting bad..gonna change after i fmget this situation fixed..

What I can't understand is I've been account holder for about a year now and it's kind of funny that I've never had problems with this account and then all the sudden my creditors does not recognize my account number and it's saying I have an invalid account after all this time of use. All I know is for the first time I'm receiving $25 a returned check fees when I've never experienced this before which I know I am not responsible for considering the funds are in my account. after all this time I have an invalid account and routing number all of sudden.

They emailed me said my benefit check is there but they won't post it till pay day. What happened to get pay early???? That's only reason I choose this card!!
