Website ,phone , and missing money !!! I’m so sick of GoBank , they take forever , hold our money and never reverse fraud !!!! As well as these stupid daily limits for a freaking prepaid card. As soon I mean as soon as my balance is $0.0 I’m canceling this card ...Chime is way better

In response to ALEXIS and her disappearing 156.00....i wish u good luck getting go bank to give it back hunny. I've had that happen..granted it was for a few bucks here n there..20$ tops..they never refunded it back. Switch cards. My daughter has varro l think..she recommends that 1

I've been using go bank for 6 or 7 years, i always fu###ng say "I'm switching cards cuz this bs keeps happening at "random" times, n then i never do. But this d@mn time it's a WRAP!!! With MILLIONS OF PPL UNEMPLOYED RITE NOW THIS IS THE LAST THING WE NEED FROM A COMPANY THAT WE PUT OUR TRUST INTO TO KEEP WHAT MINISCULE AMOUNT OF $ WE HAVE LEFT!!!! GOOD GOD D@MN THING I DON'T HAVE A JOB I NEED TO TRAVEL TO TODAY CUZ I'D GET FIRED FOR NOT GETTING THERE AS I HAVE NO F*CKING GAS $$$$$!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHH

App, website, and phone down. Cannot access my money. Will be moving EVERYTHING and cancelling this bullsh!t immediately. I only used the card because it is what Uber recommends.. they need to get that sh!t together. .. Period. You dont mess with people money and especially now with a d@mn pandemic occuring.
