after this BS i think i'm switching. i get if your site is down and overloaded but to not post anything on your website or social media accounts is straight up ignorant. also when i get through on the phone, there is no way to speak to a human. i think ive tried all the prompts and in no way have i gotten close to speaking with a person. everything is automated.

I cant log into the sight. It keeps pointing out that theres an error over and over and i cant even access my checking or vault. Plus im p!ssed off that the numbers i was given to call DO NOT EXIST. I NEED A REAL PERSON TO TALK TO. I Want my MONEY NOW
