Unable to reach site using mobile, laptop, desktop... The report saying it is up and running is very inaccurate. It is misleading and unfortunate that they would deceive people about the site being up and running when it is clearly not.

The phone number doesnt work mobile app down online on desktop down why does everything say error and it just says to much high call volume log I to your account for access but it wont let me log in

We are all on this boat ride. Something told me yesterday to unstash everything due to the issues they were having. It bothers me they dont even have an auto message saying they are experiencing difficulties and working on it.

The site is up but running slow..the app is completely down keeps saying error.. upside is you can still see transactions in the site or at a ATM.. making purchases is not a problem really hope they fix these issues by today otherwise they'll lose alot of customers including ME!!!

I cannot access my GoBank app at all, nor can I get through to anyone at 888-272-4395. I've been trying for hours now. I keep getting an error message on my app. I've cleared my caches and hard reset my device. No luck.
