Ok everyone, here’s an update
I went to the atm to see I can get money out and it works. You can use your card for purchases and to check your balance at the atm.

Gobank down i unistall an i cant even open the app to enter email password . is this going to stop my atm or using card??.

I figured out how to get money from the vault..go to the actual site go to the vault side type in how much you want out then hit MINUS - hope this helps anyone having issues

GoBank's website is spotty at the moment, but I was able to initiate a transfer to my Chase account, will see how that goes in a couple of days :)

I’m so upset, my tax money got returned saying information does not match and that is incorrect, this was a big mistake using this card

It’s not all banks as previously posted. GoBank has been having this same problem for years and the last week it’s been terrible with all the transactions happening at once. It overloaded the system and unfortunately GoBank takes awhile to fix their issues
