I need my money! WTF?! I need to know if my stimulus check went in and I cant even sign in!!! BS! This is a horrible time to drop customer service standards and have app go down. We need to know our balance and need access to our money. Some of us have time sensitive expenses or purchases.

GoBank app giving error message of “cannot connect to GoBank” or “an error has occurred”. Initial site loads on my laptop, but when I click Log In, it takes forever to load properly. Then when I enter my info, it says “sending” for several minutes and then tells me an error has occurred.

been trying to access my account through the app which appears to be down. keep getting a message stating “ There was a problem connecting to GoBank”. also cannot access the website at all. page won’t even load. hopefully it’s just a system overload from all the stimulus checks being deposited.

Go bank says I have a lower balance than I should. I am unable to use card and unable to access APP. The phone line is down. What is going on here!!! I will move my direct deposit immediately.
