Just got off the phone with FDIC GoBank is the only bank at this time still having issues. If worried they are apart of the fed reserve so go online and do a complaint. They are aware of the situation and working to get in contact with them. I was just able to get online and transfer my money out of vault and put it to my cashapp card just now but was very slow loading but I have my money now. If don't know how to transfer out of vault online where your vault amount is re-enter that amount and press the minus (-) sign it will then be available to move. Hope helps some and best of luck.

This is highly unperfessional, App is not allowing me to log into my account. Not recognizing any of my information. Can't get through anybody from customer service to get assistance. During these hard time with covid-19 going on. This is when people really need to be able to check on there finances. Will be switching banks. Never again never again. Smh

Had issues yesterday....now its totally down. Seems the incoming stimulus has ov erloaded their system......hope i can switch all direct deposits in time!#fraud#no response? Done with greendot..bonneville...whoever they are this week..period!!

It’s amazing how the sh!t can be working at 6am but later on it’s not and you can’t reach anybody I’m definitely switching once I get my money, people got bills to pay and this is the wrong time for this f*cking app website to not be working huge inconvenience

i keep getting this freakin msg everytime i try my password ( For your security, your account has been locked. Please use Forgot Password to log in now or wait a day and try again.} this is very frustrating... I need my funds, no body tryna hear this situation... I need this corrected asap
