Contacting the FDIC and FBI fraud system. A few months ago a payroll scammed employees out of paychecks. GoBank each time system goes down fails to advise and assist customer especially those who are left stranded due to no money. Boycott and put them out of business. This totally sucks.

I can get on the website, but cannot transfer money out of the vault...UUUGGGHHH!!!! It allows me to out in an amount, but there is no button visible to complete the transaction, and enter does not process it. So frustrating!
