Tried multiple times calling and trying to log in and get nothing but they account keeps paying my bills and I am not aware of my funds!!!

I have the Uber debit through gobank can't check my balance on the app can't log into the website several attempts to get my balance by a text message resulted with one success but I'm still able to use my card as a debit transaction I'm actually using my backup balance or overdraft protection and it still worked I was trying to login to get my direct deposit info so I could update my direct deposit for the stimulus money now I'm having second thoughts

It does not matter the reason why their down, at least let your customers know something, nothing works, phone, app, site, all down, it just shows you how much they care about their customers, i think its time to find a new financial institution that can handle things durning unexpected peaks or at least keeps their customers informed durning such events
