Since the website, and the app are not working as it should, and no one is answering my calls either. I was able to withdraw thru an ATM from their free fee list. However, I was charge $2.50 at a 7-ELEVEN that was on their list and was limited to max withdrawal of $400. I hope this helps. I figure, its going to cost you just a small amount but at least you will be able to feed your kids and pay your bills in spite of this stupid fee. Also, I spoke to some family members and they are having issues with some other mayor banks too. GoBank is not the only bank having some issues. Best of luck to all. Lets try to remain calm and humble. May God bless us all thru this crisis.

Phone don’t work. Website and app don’t work. I was able to check balance and stash 4 am est . Right now can’t do nothing . No response from them .

My app still isn’t working I’ve been trying to log on since 11am . I tired the website with no results & was unable to contact customer service.
