This is so annoying! I can’t even contact them through the “contact us” button! I understand if the servers are overloaded, but a good company would at least announce it! No customer service at all!

Cant log in online or on app!! Cant read captcha is the reason it gives. Phone system down too. Takes 30 seconds to even ring, and give us no excuse. Shame on you gobank, people are really counting on you for their money and rely on you communicating what is going on.

All banks are having issues right now not just GoBank if everybody just stop for moment and stop trying to log in maybe they can fix the problem faster

Has anyone gotten a response from customer support?? This is ridiculous!! I have never been in a situation that I wasnt able to at least be in contact with someone!! I mean D@mn, unemployment is easier to reach than this bank!!
