It was working last night, but this morning I cannot log in. I have been trying all morning. Maybe because so many people are trying to log in and checking their accounts. I saw my deposit last night but now I can't even log in. I hope they fix it soon.

I only kept this card and added to my job payments because I was driving for Uber. But today I go to check my acct because I get paid from my job today as well as checking for coronavirus stimulus and the site isn’t working. Been trying for hours, such a inconvenience, even tried to call their customer service and seems like phone is down also, SMH, I will be switching my acts around today

Me too... Bank is down and can't get money out or see my account phone lines are down and says number is not working.... Bad bad feeling.... They probably waited for all stimulus money to go in everyone's accounts then took it all and closed down the site and phone numbers

Just got into my account. The stimulus checks came through, betting that there are too many people logging in for their servers. Sat at my loading screen for 15 minutes refreshing multiple times. Stupid to have that problem, they knew for several weeks that this would bring a large influx of web users over a short time, cant imagine that it would be that difficult to set up temp servers with that much prep time...

There are no access to my money, to my account, thru the phone, nothing is working, nobody take the call and my money is stuck in the account. Bad bad feeling with this bank

Been trying to get online both web and app both are down . Trying to pay off some bills and transfer money out of the vault to buy grocery , formula and diapers. WTH is going on can't even get a hold of them on the phone . I hope company didn't just take our money and left.
