You can access your money still. Use your debit card, transfer it to your cash app, sells, or Venmo. Got to Walmart, etc and withdraw it. The great thing is that if you have funds... you can access them. I moved mines somewhere different.

Been trying to access my account since 7am now it’s 11:30 an I still can’t get thru almost 5 hours later I’ve deleted my app cut phone off hooked u to WiFi called customers service and nothing works

I cannot log into my account. On the app or internet explorer. I have to move my money from my vault back into my account so I can buy food. I have been waiting patiently since 8 am. I don’t understand what the issue is and why I can’t get in contact with anyone. I understand the climate the world is in and I can only imagine what is going on behind the scenes. But I just wish they’d tell me something.

Been down all morning and I cant call, use the app, or go online. What kind of company is this? I understand the circumstances, but give me a break! I dont think right now is the time to be playing with peoples finances. SMH!
