I used Uber GoBank card to get my payments whenever I Uber because it saves the 50cent charge. So I used instant pay so I could have access to my find on my card. So why did my fund show pending for an instant direct deposit ( this has never happened) I was told I have to wait 10 day for my “instant payout” like WTF do you mean? I’m seeing strange sh!t activities with this company lately and I’m just going to stop using it. So $400 is on hold for 10 days. You all just read back on some of these comments and it should raise a lot of questions, I mean hell anytime a banking company “only” communicate through chat and email says a lot and they are overseas and can’t even understand us when we f*cking write to there non English speaking/reading @sses.

My card number is not showing up at all when I call the customer service number. It's saying it's not a valid card. Honestly this has been a horrible experience& I do NOT recommend this service. I can't even get in touch with a representative to figure out what is going on with the card with out a "valid" card number. The FAQs was useless. I put a few hundred on this card that I can't use or even access now. The website did nothing except have me going in cirlces.
