The GoBank app hasn't been working for me for over a month now. Thank God I have 2 backup cards, I have zeroed out my GoBank card and will be closing it. You can't get anyone on the phone, and no help on their website except them saying it's YOUR phone. Bye and good riddance.

Still not able to login via website portal... I can via mobile but this is BS...am looking for a new bank.. Green Dot is more like Dead Dot... it's not easy banking with green....

I called Thursday was told someone would get back to me still nothing and no access to my vault says technical difficulties tried. Logging in on the website and app even changed my password still nothing this is bs
