Has anyone else had a issue in sending or receiving emails to loved ones at Oskaloosa CI.? My last email from my buddy there was dec 25 and then nothing . Its not in his nature to not reply to me. I have send several follow up messages but no reply. Including a greeting card sent right to the prison.. still nothing. Just wondered if anyone else is having issues reaching loved ones at this or other instututions.. Could be Covid lockdown? im not sure. thanks

I logged into jpay this morning to read an email and found no email link on my page. It was there last night. Why would the link for emails disappear? Have those email also disappeared? I've had no trouble with email in the past. I just bought a large number of stamps. How long will it take for someone from jpay to contact me about this?

Cant sent money to my loved one. The app and also the website is not working. The app will not let me sent it keeps going back to home screen and the website will not even let me log in.
