I can't retrieve any Jpay emails sent in 2020 and 2019 up to present. It does not appear in the sent folder period. No way of knowing if love ones are receiving my emails.

So frustrated...my dude sends me emails and it takes days sometimes to get them and now I can’t even check the messages or get info I need out of a message because the d@mn site is down

Constantly this app is fuking up msgs not coming threw logging me out then saying thers no internet connection witch is bullsh!t because I have WiFi and mobile data tried both and both same but everything else works fine just the jpay

I keep getting told by JPay today that my username/password is invalid. I reset the password and then tried to log in, and got the same error. Then an error message came up saying "this may be a result of illegal input values".

I was in the middle of an email when it looked like I was logged out. I try to go back in and it says my username or password is invalid. It wont let me reset anything. The app seems to be down as well. I tried testing the website by running a inmate search and it says the state is invalid which is odd seeing as it's a drop down. Is the system down?

Yes I haven't been able to get on jpay for over a week I keep getting emails from jpay saying that my brother keeps messaging me, it's bullsh!t, someone needs to fix it.. My brother is probably freaking out...JPAY SUCKS!!!!

i am having the same problems as sarmba, it has finally let me logged on via the app but i cant send emails or log on via my laptop/tablet.

tried to sign in keeps saying id/password is incorrect like really I automatic save them been logging in like that for almost a year so I tried to reset my password that is not even working
