Cloudload was great. It seems over the last couple of years it has been down with increasing duration and frequency. My guess is legal trouble and or windows 10 updates and I believe it will remain permanently closed. Very unprofessional to leave everyone in the dark.

Cloudload hasn’t worked for two months, I can’t get in touch with them, no customer support. Phone number not working, but they are still taking payment from my account. I’m really p!ssed.

I have not been ab le to get into cloudload for a long time now. Is it down just in Canada or what is going on?

I think if this continues I will file a complaint at the BBB. It makes it for horrible service that they cannot at least give an update. I am so disappointed.

Yep. Can confirm that they're still taking payments. I've just checked and was charged on 30.10.2020 and there's no easy way to cancel.
No apologies, no clear exit after of being a customer. It's appalling behaviour but sadly all too common these days. I bet these guys are still 'raking it in' from us and laughing their @sses off all the way to 'their' bank from 'ours'

At this point perhaps calling the better business bureau. They cannot charge for a service they are not providing. Especially when they are not giving an update to their clients. They were amazing for soooo long I am very disappointed.

I was just charged for October again on the 31st, I haven't been able to log on for two months and I can't cancel! hmmmmm
