Site hasn't worked in ages. Have been messaging and trying to cancel my account because they removed the option from the site you must call their 1888 number which no one picks up or returns your call when prompted to leave a VM.
Now have to report it and cancel my card because they're taking full payment out for a site that doesn't even work and hasn't for over 6 months.

Honestly though - when is the last time Cloudload charged your card? I haven't seen a charge from them in a VERY long time... Well over a year. I just haven't said anything to draw attention to it to them, especially when I saw their "current" prices and packages being bigger and cheaper than what I signed up for.

Seem to be having ongoing issues with not even being able to open the site. So can`t even login. I guess I`m going to have to stop my payment on my credit card. When it works it is so fabulous. So disappointed.
