So frustrated. Updated software, got the max codes error. Emailed and submitted chat 10 hours ago. Same issue. Can't call anyone. And I just renewed for 3 months two days ago.

Well...too good to be true. Only let me do one device. Tried the second one with the old soplayer and says I'm at my max... honestly...lol

Thanks Alex, mine is now up and running again on fire stick (with older soplayer). Had to re-download again as I uninstalled but we are good to go!! Cheers

Hey all...
My service was down from the 14th at 7pm until about 3:30 today. I'm not sure why mine is working now but it is. I had emailed customer service but never heard back so I have no idea why this happened.
Hopefully most of you can have the same results.

Hello everyone.
So my provider sent me this link to download the new soplayer app through the downloader app .
bit.ly/soplayr
Now the link above DID NOT WORK FOR ME. IT kept saying error occurred.
So here's what you do.
1)Turn on unknown sources
2)Download&install the Downloader app for andriod boxes. I did the one by apk.pure
3)Open the downloader app.
4) In the downloader home screen URL
Enter
bit.ly/soplayapk
It will show connecting bar and then it'll start downloading. Once the download is done it will show status " file downloaded successfully " click done exit out . And go to your soplayer app.
You will probably need to get new pin codes from your provider. However mine came on immediately without me having to enter new codes. Good luck. Hope this works for you.

downloaded the new app still have an error code but the system is still working properly on my laptop just does not work on fire sticks so if anyone has a laptop you can still use the service there for now untill its fully up and running

Downloaded the new SO player last night. Only had 1 left over code. Been trying to get all codes reset but no one is answering. Think I will just buy another 1 month with a different email. They don't seem to want to answer the chat. I've also emailed them. How hard can it be to do a full reset on the whole system and save everyone the hassle of waiting for a response.
