I can sign in but it gets redirected to a error page and says to hit home button but when i do it brings me right back to the same page. If i look at the url it says there's an error 500 html. I tried clearing cookies,using different browser,even a different phone and still cannot get it to work. I emailed my browser help and gave them screenshot of page an url error code an redirect and they said it was a problem with marlboro internal server,and to call them. I did and they said the website is up and running fine. I am lost and don't know what else i can do. Any ideas or help?

The correct thing to do is to contact the Federal Trade commission and report Marlboro to to be investigated. I just got off the phone for a 1 hour experience with one of the reps; trying to set me up to enter my codes; and even she was unable to get me my password after 62 attempts. I have even started writing down my codes to forward to them. They suck! Today was the 42nd time I have tried to log on and redeem my points. Don't fix it the Jamaican way. You will all be in the same sinking boat. They sucked us all in for nothing. I say: Close down the Marlboro tobacco farms and give Marlboro a taste back. DAS

Thank god i found all these comments about others having the same issues on Marlboro site!! I can't tell ya'll how many times I've tried to change my pw with their temp code.....i have my original pw set to using my fingerprint to log in but i would still get the message that i had "5 unsuccessful log in attempts " after only one attempt to sign in!!!! And this happens alot over the last several months!! Wtf?
AND GUYS , NEXT TIME YOU DO GET ON THE SITE SIGN UP FOR TEXT ALERTS!!! I literally had one hour to get my points in before the deadline and i sent each and everyone of them through text because i couldnt get into my account!! Also the scanner u use to enter them in on that method doesn't work properly AT ALL and it never has!!! Most all the time i have to scan each pack 3 or 4 times to get the correct read out when i do them that way!!
