Logged in and it’s telling me that We are not able to access the page you requested please go to the homepage. I clicked the link for the homepage and it says the same thing over and over again.

I've not been able to get to the Marlboro website in almost 4 months ..not been able to redeem coupons.. not been able to put in my codes.. not been able to do anything

For at least two months now possibly longer every time I open safari on my phone and go to Marlboro.com it doesn’t come up it just says we are sorry but Marlboro.com is currently unavailable, but just a few minutes ago I opened the Microsoft edge web browser on my laptop and it came right up and asked me to sign in, and once I did the full website came up.
