Anyone having trouble call 1-800-489-1711. It will tell you to go to the employee portal and click on the chat button. I was locked out of my pay less pay account so I typed that in the chat box. I was waiting for around ten minutes and then decided to leave a message. About five minutes later someone came on to chat. It might take a little while so be patient.They asked my name and asked me to answer one of my security questions. Then I was asked what my username is . I then was told to click on employee portal. The box came up to enter in my username. Did that and then I was told to enter 123 for the password. This takes you to another step to enter the password 123 and then make up a new password. Enter new password again and bingo. You are back in to look at your pay stubs.

The user who said to put the $ behind your password was correct. Thank you! I was able to change my password and view my W-2.

I can't get logged in to get my check stubs. It keep saying log in and pass word don't match. Now it's saying it locked.

There site had been hacked and they have taken the site down so they can repair it.
