Having the same issue as everyone else. Locked out and unable to speak with anyone to correct. Can't correspond via chat either. Of course contact number to talk to actual human.

not able to sign in. says I'm blocked and that my sign in was in error. I've used the same sign in for years. It also says my estub is in default aspx

Thanks to the poster who suggested the $ sign behind the password. My account kept saying user id locked. I tried with the $ sign and it let me change my password and I just printed my w-2.

Site is partially working for us today. Had to add $ sign behind password though. Then once in had the change password screen show up. Once that was completed we can view our info. Our facility is able to view our pay-stub, but cannot print. The print function does not work yet. I do not know when that will work again. Ugghh!!
