Husband updated nextplus on ipod. Now app will not open. Was working fine until update. funny thing is update was supposed to fix an issue with users having the app crash on loading and now that's exactly what his is doing.

Receiving my text. However if I send a text the person I sending it to they are not getting, this is a new issues has been going on for about 3 hours. Have uninstalled n reinstalled the app as well as rebooted my phone. Is there a technical issue occurring with server at this time? Or do I need to do something to resolve this issue?
