Can't open my parler. Is it down?

Every time I've tried opening Parler in the past 3 days I have gotten the message that it has stopped. I have tried reinstalling it twice and as soon as I enter the verification with the txted code I get the same message that it has stopped. Is there something else I can do, is it my cell or is it something with google? I am getting notifications of new messages and that has just started about the same time it stopped openning.
