for some reason the site's blocked me and my friends, cloudflare shows the "You've Been Blocked" message even though I haven't done anything wrong and neither have my friends

im using perchance but the responses im getting from my characters in the advanced chat mode went a bit haywire in the last hour. here is an example of what im getting...
