Every time I try to get into the login screen it goes to the 404 error, and when I tried to report it as a bug it went to the 404 error again.

Repl.it isn't running any of my codes at all. I've saved previous codes that have run before and none of them are running now. I get no output on the screen, where as the last time I opened repl.it I saw and interacted with output.

The repl.it sign in screen loads correctly in the Edge browser and I can enter my sign in details, however; the submit button does not work correctly and I have the following error message in the console:
