I have not received the notification for the daily bonuses - morning coffee, evening before bed, and all the other extra bonus notifications in between. Last one received was Thanksgiving morning and nothing since. I missed out on a lot of extra coins & I am very disappointed. I played my billions of coins a couple of weeks ago & I am in the rebuilding stage & really need look forward to those coins. I love the game & have been playing for longer than I can remember! Slotomania is the only game that I permitted notifications to be received; therefore that is not the issue. I am still receiving the extra coin - every 3 hours notifications. Please fix the issue ASAP! If possible send issue me my free coins I missed from the last several days or tell me why they are no longer available to me. Thank you!

I am suffering withdrawals and in depression. I have over 3 trillion coins and was in the slot club and now have not been able to get into my game for over a week. I have spent quite a bit of money over the years getting this far and it is by far my favourite app on my iPad and now it keeps kicking me off. it just won’t load! So so frustrating! PLEASE HELP

Slotomania is not loading correctly I get in then kicks me right off I have been trying this since 1/31/2021. I have tried all day today same thing.

I can't load Slotomania! When I try to launch it doesn't get past the loading screen then a pop-up saying "Connection Lost" shows. I fear now that my saved progress such as games on it I unlocked might now be lost due to having to uninstall then reinstall the app which didn't fix the problem. I never had this issue with the app before!
