Been unable to load Slotomania for 4 days. Tech support unable to help. Page comes up, green bar goes to about half, then kicks out to my apps and am unable to access any of my info. So sorry to my clan!

My slotomania will no load to my app on my phone. I can figure it out. I’ve deleted and reloaded but it still will not work. Any suggestions?

On Wednesday (3/10/21) at or around 6pm in the evening my Slotomania was disabled. I can not log into my account that I worked so hard to build up. My slotomania club passes are going to waste! I worked so hard to get those! Now I cant benefit from them and I still dont know why! I put in a ticket and they told me to log out and log back in. Like thats gonna help. I tried that. Nothing. Now my clan leader told me that my name in the clan has been turned into "Unknown player". WHATS going on? WHY is this happening? SOMEONE Please HELP
