Problem started on April 13 2020. Slotomania loads then all of a sudden it goes back to my home page. It also does the same thing on my husbands IPad. My WiFi is fine. Please get this issue resolved. Hard to believe that so many users have the same problem. Please fix it pronto.

The game I have to reset my iPad every time it’s freezers this is been such a good game and now it’s just went to sh!t what happened. And why did you take some of the games off of those wacky weed oh my god that was my favorite one please bring it back

Same problem here. Updated my iPad so iPad is not the problem. Don’t want to delete current slotomania and lose everything. Wish it could get fixed. My clan misses me!

Yesterday it started not letting you on. It kicks you out! I tried this morning, same thing, kicks me out.

Same problem as others are having. I have an older iPad, loaded the new update on April 4. I have sufficient available memory. My Slotomania™ freezes on the green bar at 515 mb. I don't want to lose my points or status in the game. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Since April 3,whenI updated I have had no Sloto..This is an older I pad but I still
play on it! My new I pad has Sloto on it but it's a taker,can't get ahead..
My old pad freezes on the Green line 515MB...I know Sloto folks are working from home but can't you do something??? Look how many of us are asking for help!!!

Slotomania programmer please do a patch to allow older iPads (iOS 9.3.5) to accept the last update. It shows Home picture but no bar on bottom part that show it loading up, it then just kicks it out all together to a blank screen. Thank you.
