I can’t get into Slotomania™ either. Earlier I got the blue ring of death. Now I get the opening page. No green line and am kicked right out to my home page. I use an older iPad and have lots of credits in my app, I don’t want a new app. I want what I have. Really getting fed up. Customer service has been unresponsive! I’ve restarted my iPad so many times it’s not funny. Etc etc etc

I have been using this app for a long time. The March 2020 update appears to not have considered users that may have been using the app on an older IPADs (yes - I have plenty of space/cleared cache and tried many other options) with no log-on (i.e., no sign-in to face book or by other sign-in options). I had over a half a million $ in coins). This sucks big time!!!!
My suggestion - abandon this app and do not go back!!!

I too am locked in the blue circle of death and as soon as I log on it goes to the shiny tree of evil and then the blue ring of death! It is so frustrating I have tried everything! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

My Slotomania freezes all the time on my IPad. Only way to unlock it is to turn off and then on . This is crazy. There is a problem hope it gets fixed.

I too am locked out at the green downloading bar 515mb. The last several updates have been horrible and locked up the systems. I'm afraid to delete and re-enter and lose my status and coins. Can technical support post a fix or update? In this time of stay at home and confined space, this is unacceptable. Please help!

What is happening? Updated Slotomania two days ago..green bar appears fully then freezes!! Won't delete and try again because I did this with hubby's and he lost all his points..We started up again and had zero points...This sucks..

Spinning blue circle when Slotomania loads and then goes straight to the shiny tree of evil and the blue ring of death. Been since Monday, March 30th after the update. I have deleted the app, deleted from Facebook, cleared cache, deleted from cloud, powered off phone, reinstalled all. Repeat. At least 20 times a day to no avail. If I go to www.slotomania.com to the play, the spinning blue ring of death is there too!! I am using an iPhone 11 Pro Max and am currently quarantined with no WiFi. But I was playing here for 6 days with no problem prior to the update. I have unlimited data.

Slotomania has not been working for me since the app was updated on March 30, 2020. It will not download. It keeps going to a black screen. I have played this game for years. I reached level 10,000 and it started locking me out.
