@Vllvh I don't know about an admin there (but 100 % sure there is one) but I know for sure they have official staff working on things. For example uploaded a teaser video of my own site. Then it was waiting approval, when I looked a bit later then it was blocked because of copyright infrigment, where I then though wait wat? It's my own teaser, I've then wrote one mail through the contact form on the site explaining it and one directly via email and after around 13 hours the video (which I couldn't see anymore after the message of copyright infrigment) was back in my account and set to public.

Also, don't trust anyone claiming to know anything for sure. The site has some people claiming to be staff. Unless someone can provide irrefutable proof that they're indeed staff I would advise you not to trust them.
For all I know the admin is no longer active in the site and has some bots just sending messages to users about copyright infringements.
Let's just hope it's back soon.
