    The registration form let you insert data (including email) but the verification code will never arrive to your mailbox. So registration becomes impossible.

    Back in May 2018, I went from being able to view all 8 of my cameras down to viewing only 3. In mid August, all of a sudden, I was able to view all 8 cameras again. That only lasted about a month. I'm back to only being able to view the same 3 cameras again. I was hoping this last update would fix it but it didn't. Is anyone else having this same issue? I'm very dissatisfied with the service at this point.

    Oh come on.... What's the point of an app to remotely view my CCTV if I can only do it from home. Error message or bufferring if I attempt to use mobile data or other Wi-Fi away from home. Not a techie. Get it sorted or I need to find alternative.

    Error 100000??.......come on!! I have very important business I monitor through your system. I can't risk my business affairs through a dodgy app provider? This problem occurred this week. An urgent repair is needed or an alternative method -replacing this provider with someone more reliable. Let's have a fix!!.........asap.

    Hi . Having a issue connecting with the app ! it takes a while to connect I've check my cables and network shows that I am connected but very slow to get view On cameras ! any suggestions ? I've reboot receiver many times soft and hard just getting frustrated ! thanks Joe

    Same error code here. I’ve tried calling multiple times and left multiple messages to tech support with no response. I’ve tried downloading the Explorer app (which I read is the updated app) and it still does not work.
