    For past few weeks every few hours to a day automatically switches on my phone from always record to never record. I have to then manually change back to Always record on each camera. When this program works its brilliant but over the last few years it's been one problem after another.

    Hello My xmeye was working fine 2 days ago and now i can sign in but when i click on my camors the icon just keeps spinning and no pictures. xmeye.net tells me their no connection. ? the power to my house is on and alarm is on so is the internet. any idea? Thank you Neil

    I am constantly getting error code 1000000 I have rebooted deleted the app and all that and still not allowing me to access my cameras how do I fix this to see the cameras

    Error 100000, i deleted the app, rebooted the DVR, reistalled the app and setup the account within the app and it worked. I believe the dvr serial number got corrupted in the app. I had submitted a post earlier but that has not yet been posted by the administrators on here.

    Still not working after rebooting my BT hub, restarting my mobile, reinstalling the app, restarting the DVR and trying over wifi and 4G independently. I can access the cameras via the CMS app on my PC so the local network is ok. I cant find any way to reset the email address on the cloud service, it just acknowleges the account and email are registered. Its not working and nowhere to get help from Xmeye that i can find. The Xmysysten says it is UP but no expkanation of the error code 1000000? Anyone git any ideas where to go now?

    Unable to access my CCTV via the app on my ipad or android, my mobile asls fir password and they both return error code 1000000. I have tried the recommended tips and tried reinstalling my account on my mobile, neither are working.

    Can log in but can not view any cameras. Error code 100000 Tried on android and iPad still the same only started from late evening but doesn’t help as I have to keep going to the shop several miles away and checking everything is ok. If this continues then I will replace the lot with a better product as I have had several issues like this now.
