It's the phone app that is not connecting.

It constantly says 'connecting' but does not connect.
The cameras are working as I checked on monitor. Also other apps are connecting without a problem so it doesn't seem to be a Wi-Fi problem.

Same issue here as everyone has been describing. Apparently Xmeye servers stopped working in late January, 2019. Let's get this fixed; contact Xmeye at http://www.xiongmaitech.com or http://baike.xm030.cn/ today!
