This is ridiculous. I need to get my money out of my vault to pay my bills and I can’t get in. I got into the account once and than it wouldn’t let me transfer my funds.

I was able to log on this morning (7am ish eastern time) I saw my paycheck & this stimulus both hit my account (well over $5k) however my debit card declined on my gas purchase this morning ($15 purchase) & I have not been able to access my account since! I have had this bank for 4 years this is my very first issue. Whats going on??

No its not every bank. This is specific to go bank. If it's, 203-682-8268 a log in issue then why can't you get through on the phone. This is BS.

Pep with funds in there accounts can use there card or withdraw up to 400 a day from it unless it’s in the vault.

Ive been trying to access my account for 3.5 hours now. Funny it happened the same day my internet got cut off with all my money in the vault! Is there another way to access it besides the app and the website?
