I can not access my MONEY!!!
Im going back to a regular bank....
i had 900 in fraud charges and they denied my claim even with my lawyer sending proof i was in Texas and not in LOUISANA .... Never returned mt fraud charges...

FDIC needs to fine and close this so-called bank. Phone number doesn't work nor site. No twitter or facebook notices to advise status. Have a medical emergency needed funds and unable to access. Will be changing banks to N29

It's been down all day today (4/15/20)!!!!!!!!!!!
It was messed up yesterday too (4/14/20), but I was able to login several times throughout the day yesterday. However, I've tried logging in atleast 30 times today!! And NOT ONCE was I able to get past the login screen. Sometimes I can't even get to the login screen.. I'll open the app and instantly get a message similar to this: "Sorry, there was an error. Please try again."
If I'm able to make it to the login screen, I'll input my credentials and hit login just to get this message "There seems to be a problem. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later."
And this is a continuous loop. Have been trying since 7am est today!!!
P.s I also tried to login using chrome. That did not work either. Matter of fact, that webpage was more f*cked up than the app. It would literally just be an entire page of the websites source code when I'd click the "login" link in the upper right corner.

I was locked out just like many of you, I called gobank the first time and got a bullsh!t message to check the IRS WEBSITE for covid 19 stimulus payments, which I did and it's information not available. Then I tried to login to gobank.com the page spins and nothing happens, I called gobank again and the phone line doesn't connect, so I finally walked to the ATM. My balance was -17.90 because of monthly fees which were unpaid. When I went to a 7-11 ATM my balance was at $0.00!!? How is this possible? I can't figure out what is going on but gobank better do something quick before they get reported as a fraud banking corporation. DO NOT TRUST GREEN DOT OR GOBANK WITH YOUR MONEY!
