    I suspect that it could be down to microshaft blocking disroot.org (ms has a habit of doing this with competitor services). They have previously also blocked GMX and are now presently blocking disroot.org as all email i attempt to send from a disroot.org mail account to a hotmail address gets bounced My suggestion would be to bin anything connected to ms and replace it with something that can actually do the job you want it to rather than try to maintain ms's market share at your expense.
