I have been trying for a week now to get onto free covers, I am getting the error:

Quite annoyed as I purchased Gold Membership. This has happened several times before over last couple of years. Been off line for weeks at some times. When will your inept school boy techs get it right and keep the site running. It never used to be like this.

When I login, it says I have 0 covers, and I can't do anything, or go anywhere.
