It's not work for any cell phones. But it do work on my laptop. Just Google Gobank.com and put your username & password. It should log you in with no problem. The reason why the app is not work. Because so much money came in at one time. I think it's going be like this for couple of days. My GoBank app isn’t working. Keeps telling me to try again. I am able to access my account through the website. Not sure what the problem is with the app.

I am appalled at the fact that they won’t allow callers to be placed on hold, especially when they’re withholding my money from me. This is not professional. I can access the website, but I have less money in my account and it will not allow me to see transactions. I’m sure some people directed their stimulus here, and perhaps that’s why things are down, but that’s even more sketchy. This is not okay, AT ALL. I hope they get this fixed, cause I can assure that if anything happens they’ll be sued by many.

I think the bank has selectively turned off some users due to the high demand of money they are anticipating will be withdrawn from their bank. It's bs telling people the system is up and running and that must be our connection. I think it is just their systems bandwidth to processing transactions. They received their money quick but they will be slow to distribute.

Gobank app is down. Not working all today. Not an issue with your app, the problem is at their end. Hopefully they’re working on it. Call the number on your card for faster service.

Can’t log into my app , been locked out of my account and when I try to reset my password it’s not letting me do that I really need this fix please or I can move to a different bank.
